I set alarms for 7:10 and 7:30 in the morning on weekdays.
7:10 is the preliminary alarm 30 minutes is the real time to get up.
I prepare breakfast But my children don't eat well.
So my solution prepares cereals, milk fruits and steamed eggs.
It's easy for me to prepare and my kids eat it easily.
However, I think it has little nutritional value.
Anyway, I comfort encouragement for myself that it will be better than not eating nutritious rice themselves (kids)
Every weekday, I follow a set of routine. I set two alarms, one for 7:10 AM and another one for 7:30 AM, with the latter being the actual time to wake up. Despite my efforts, my children do not eat well during breakfast. To tackle this issue, I prepare a simple yet nutritious meal consisting of cereals, milk, fruits, and steamed eggs. Although I am aware that it may lack some nutritional value, it is an easy option for my children to consume. It is still better option than them skipping breakfast.
