I set alarms for 7:10 and 7:30 in the morning on weekdays.
7:10 is the preliminary alarm 30 minutes is the real time to get up.
I prepare breakfast But my children don't eat well.
So my solution prepares cereals, milk fruits and steamed eggs.
It's easy for me to prepare and my kids eat it easily.
However, I think it has little nutritional value.
Anyway, I comfort encouragement for myself that it will be better than not eating nutritious rice themselves (kids)
Every weekday, I follow a daily routine that involves setting two alarms for 7:10 and 7:30 in the morning. The first one serves as a preliminary alarm to give me time to wake up gradually, while the second one signals the actual time to get up. One of my tasks in the morning is to prepare breakfast for my children, although they tend not to eat well. To address this, I usually opt for a quick and easy breakfast consisting of cereals, milk, fruits, and steamed eggs, which my kids find easy to consume. However, I'm aware that this breakfast may not have sufficient nutritional value. Despite this, I try to motivate myself by reminding myself that this breakfast is still better than having my kids skip a nutritious meal.
