6.When I worked in an internet cafe, the internet cafe has a system that can put time in advance as much as guest want to use the computer. There was a toilet outside the internet cafe. I didn't turn off the guest's computer when I saw our guest walking away I thought he was going to the bathroom. The guest didn't tell me to turn off the computer. The customer came back into the internet cafe after an hour and the falt time was reduced by one hour, so he asked me to double his time. so I told the guest that if you come to the internet cafe next time I will give you a drink as a service. Then the guest calmed down. I had some experiences dealing with such customer, that's why I've learned to handle such situation and it made me stronger.
