To day I went to see the doctor for my pain right hand wrist.
I have hurt it when I was boxing . I didn’t know that while I exercise but it was seriously that I expected .
It got an infection on my wrist’s ligaments as well as have a weak of ligaments.
I was so sad that I couldn’t work out for a while .
Al so, I worry about my work because of I have to work as a hairdresser as soon .
I should have been more carful though. It doesn’t use to retreat .
I will treat the wound well.
