My dog is still very sick

My dog is still very sick, so I left work early today and went to the animal hospital.
I'm so worried because my dog doesn't eat well since he got enteritis.
So my dog decided to go get a nutritional injection tomorrow.
As soon as I got home from a business trip, my dog got sick, so I went to the emergency room of an animal hospital
The hospital says there's a tumor in the dog's abdomen and he needs to do a cancer test.
