in korea company culture... we dont't have to answer this question... just have to work overtime..
for example, my quitting time is 6 p.m, but my boss tell me, "we have a lot of work to do, so we work more. or
if my boss don't go his or hers home, i can't go.
because koea's bad company culture. that is natural phenomenon...
these days, little changes in the company.
so i search for not to work over time, that like this company is very hard.
to conclude, i can agree to my boss.
