My manager said that considering to change a working type of our team members. Of course It is not forced. But I think It is kind of have to do. So recently I've changed the working type from fixed time to flexible time. The meaning of flexible time is really so nice. But realistically It is not. It may extend my working time so I have to do overtime. It will be start on Mar. I am worry about that.
