here goes some corrections but that would come later. Spiels are hard and would make one buckle however if it comes from the heart,it will be as easy as pie for you. You can write them and post them where you could see each spiel,we call them cheat sheets and it works all the time. For over 15 uears of working on the phones,it has somehow become part of me. Telephone courtesy for me has been a habit even when I am just speaking with a friend.
CORRECTIONS: I have learned a lot of telephone spiels although sometimes they're difficult,I try to think simply and manage to say them correctly. I really want to communicate very well in Buseness English and hope to be able to handle conference calls,e-mails and deliver a good presentation to my business clients. I may be able to earn more by doing so as well as get a promotion that I badly wanted.
