I ate some seafood that went bad
The food tasted a little strange but I just ate it
I got food poisoning and it was pretty bad
My stomach was upset
I got a stomachache and I felt like throwing up
I went to the bathroom over and over again because I had the runs.
I went to see the doctor
I took some medicine to got better
I had to stay inside and get a lot of rest
Since then, I try to be more careful when eating something
