I haven't had my period

After work,I went to the hospital for my general checkup
I've been really tired So I worred about my health
I have a problem
I haven't had my period for 3months.
I used to have my period regularly
I thought I was pregnant, so I took a pregnancy test at home before going to the hospital
I went to the hospital for hormone tests and uterine tests and then, I stopped by the market on the way here and bought a lot of healthy food
The examination results are coming out next week
