I can't understand

Today was a day of council meeting
The main speaker was Ching( transportation manager of asia)
I think he is Chinese descent
his speaking was very fast and his pronunciation was strange for me.
I was disappointed with my listening skills.
When i was in high school, my listening was perfect.
we have a monthly listening test. my score was always 100.
and i have a 455 of ETS Toeic LC Score.
But......... i can't hear..
i'll practice more and more for next meeting

But during the meeting; I couldn't understand what the speaker was saying.

So, I have decided to practice more for the next meeting.
