Being a good manager was kind of challenging thing for me. We all have our own character and different needs at work. I needed to take actions in step with others stance. While I’m not used to it at first, but I had a lot of experiences working with various clients and vendors. I was trying to figure out their needs, style, goals, and communicate with them as much as I can. So, I was able to perform my work as a manager building a good relationship between my junior and colleagues.
