A never ending rainy season

I had something to do in the countryside today, so I drove a my car after long time

But on my way home suddenly,It rained cats and dogs
It's raining so hard that I can't see in front of me
When I'm driving and I'm a bit tired because I'm so nervous when I drive
Originally,it took 20 minutes to get home, but It took 2 hours because of the rain

The road that was damaged by the last flood
hasn't been restored yet,so there seems to be a lot of traffic jam

I had something to do in the countryside, for a long time I had to drive my car. But on my way home, suddenly It rained cats and dogs. It was raining so hard that I couldn't see in front of me. When I'm driving I'm a bit tired and nervous. Originally it took you about twenty minutes to get home, but it took me two hours because of the heavy rain.

The road was damaged by the flood and hasn't been restored yet. So there seems to be a lot of traffic jams.
