a heavy rain in Seoul.

i heard a lot of people who live around Seoul and Gyeonggi-do area suffer from a flood due to a severe rain.

last night, i was on the phone talking with my friend who also live in Gyeonggi-do where is damaged by rain pouring down, but he chottled and said he couldn't be more fun and enjoyable.

screaming from people seems to be great music to him, i guess
