I'd like to know whether the below sentence is right.
If not, can you correct it?

*.situation : I and my friends went to restaurant and ordered some food.
But one of my friends can't wait and ask about our order several times.So, I'd like to say to my friend as below,

>>It hasn't been only 10minutes since we ordered.

"It hasn't been 10 minutes since we ordered." is the right one or you can also say it like this "It hasn't been 10 minutes yet since we ordered."

"We have just placed our order a few minutes ago." can also be used for this situation.
