I had talking with April teacher about anger this week. So i can have thinking and concentrating on my feelings. I usually get angry when i meet someone selfish, have lack of sleeping or feel hungry. And there are two ways to control my anger. First, i write down the reason why i get angry with deep breathe. Then i can think of the situation more rationally and can calm down. Second, I take a nap for an hour. Because after sleeping, i can feel much better.
