2. hardest thing in working place
The hardest thing in Gucci Korea is receiving and transferring call to appropriate department. Because there are so many employess and departments.
So I make a note about each department tasks and try to understand overall circumstance of company.
That way I could receive call accurately and quickly.

I supported two secretaries tasks and answered call and visitors.
In detailed I handled the expense of partners, managed conference room and organized a document to improve member’s work efficiency.
Sometime I did pretty simple things like typing, copying paper doing some errands.
Through these I could learn how to complete a range of tasks accurately and how to support others efficiently.
