Could you correct this email if it has wrong sentence.

I explain the situation, last time i sent the email to IT team of HQ office.

Because there are some error in test server of system that i use

But IT team don't answer the email. and the errors haven't fixed yet

And i am going to send the email like below again.

Dear Ms. Dudenbostel

Errors have been continued in test server as i sent last email.

if the test server is difficult to fix, is it ok that i use live server?
