I think a good neighbor is a neighbor who doesn't really care about me. Minding their own business and don't disturb others. For example, a neighbor who is quite and who just mind their own business is much more better than a neighbor who is noisy and rude. Of course, a neighbor who cares about you would also be good. But I don't like meeting new people, and I'm scared that I would hurt their feelings. So in my opinion (all I wish for)is a quiet neighbor who doesn't disturb me.
