I stopped going to the gym and got really out of shape. I'm tired of being out of shape so I've made my mind to go to the gym once a day. The gym here in this building where I live is of good quality.
I saw a lot of state of the art workout equipments at the gym which motivating me do workout more and more. In the meantime I've been on a diet as well to expedite my weight loss journey and build stamina too.
However, as I'm getting aged, It's way more difficult to loss weight. So, I'm thinking to start the intermittent fasting so that not only I would be in good shape but also I could be in healthy. I tend to eat dinner late since I go to bed late at night which bringing bad effect to my organs. I'd rather straighten my metabolism out.
I assure the intermittent fasting is a good way to correct my body condition for the time being. We'll see it what's going on.
