Recently, My wife went back from Korea. When she was on the vacation in Korea, She visited my parents house to see them. My mother made the radish kimchi which I like the most and gave it to my wife to bring it to Canada. Honestly, I wasn't in favor of bringing it here since it could leak and spill inside of the luggage. I've heard that some people experienced that the kimchi had exploded inside of the bag and damaged the other luggage so they had to reimbursed for the ruined luggage. I wouldn't take the risk even though I liked it and furthermore, I could buy any kinds of the Kimchi here.
Eventually, She came up with something. She had a someone who specialized in packing the kimchi. I coudn't belive that there was a professional for it. She ended up bringing it without any problems and I saw how it was sealed. It was incredible and perfect. Even it has fermented well just like the extent of I like.
If I knew that it was sealed nicely. I would've asked to bring it way more.
The winter has arrived. The cold wave still here. It's too cold. I see many people wearing a muffler and gloves.
