I still need to lose my weight
i am overweight in the lower body
So i exercises my lower body intensively.
I wil introduce how to exercise my lower body.
1.Spread your step of leg twice than your shoulder width.
2. Hands are touched on your waist,airliy( or Hands put on your waist)
3. head up and see straight.
4. It is not bend your knee at first, but go down with moving your butt.
5. The central axic focuses on your heels.(Whole foot should touch on floor)
6. Stop when your butt goes down until more knee.
7. Push the floor on your heel. Turn back first position maintaining the central axic not leaning to forward.
This exercise helps to reduce lower body.
If you keep exercising 3 sets of 10 times a day,
you will have nice leg and body.
I have been exercising for 2 to 3 months now.

3. Chin up and look up straight.
4. Don’t bend your knee first and put your butt down.
5. The central axis focuses on your heels.(Whole feet should touch on the floor)
6. Stop when your butt goes down until more knee. (*Please explain more. I don’t understand the idea.)
7. Turn back on the first position maintaining the central axis.
This exercise helps to reduce lower body.
If you keep exercising 3 sets of 10 times per set a day,
you will have nice legs and body.
