Introducing what i have done, I can split the 3 parts.
Frist, I treated almost 700 labor cases and solve the cases as a negotiator as well as a legal expert.
I felt empowered, confident, and part of something worthwhile and important through the experiences. and I was happy with the fact that i can help people who are vulnerable to legal issue.
Seocond, I advise companies from small to big that are in legal trouble. moreover i reviewed about 400 companies' employment rules and retirement code. Moreover, I was supposed to counsel people on telephoning and face-to-face.
Third, I gave lectures labor laws and negotiation skills from high school students to general adult as affiliated attorney of labor ministry.
I have been working for a company as a labor Attorney.
