Today, I felt like that I didn't want to go to the library on the way to. So I've decided not to go and headed to Starbucks next to the library instead.
I think that the nice weather and temperature making me to play hooky today. Also, I'm on diet So, I try not to eat fat and carbohydrate such as fast food even alcohol not at all. I eat a lot of vegetables instead and less portion of food than I used to eat. So, I don't have enough energy nowadays but better than first. I guess my body is getting used to it.
When I was in 20s, It was kind of easier to reduce the fat. All I needed to do was that skipping couple of meals and work out hard for sometime. That's it all I needed to do. Then I could lose so much fat easily but now it is so hard to lose it
However, As I'm getting age, getting fat is easier now on the contrast. I should get it together before I lose my health.
