Allow bicycles on sidewalks

I think riding bicycles on sidewalks are good.
First, sidewalks are safer for cyclists.
Roads are dangerous for cyclists, and roads are not for bicycles.
Cars are much faster than cycle.
So when it have an accident, cyclists have more hurts.
When they don't wear a helmet, they get more hurt.
If the cyclists are very young children, do you want them ride on roads?

People walks slowly.
So cyclists can avoid pedestrians more easily than they can avoid cars.
So they are probably not going to get into serious accident.
Or please make cycle roads.

When they don't wear a helmet, they are more prone to injuries and fatalities.
If the cyclists are very young children, do you want them to ride bicycle  on  the roads?
