After graduation, I want to(am going to) be a doctor who studies (as a researcher) at the same time. The reason is that(This is because) I want to be a doctor who can complete the duty, which is responsible for patients’ health and holistic well-being, but also a researcher who is constantly developing by solving new(endless) problems.
In particular, I’m interested in (have profound interest) incurable disease(Terminal illnesses) such as ALS and Muscular Dystrophy. According to the recent paper, ALS patients are undergoing medication with riluzole and edaravone to slow the progression of the disease, and clinical trials are currently underway for treatment using masitinib, toffersen, Ravulizumab-cwvz, MSC-NTF cells. As a medical student, I would like to study the medication currently being studied and learn more effective and efficient ways.
I have improved my communication skills through teaching experience and other activities such as making the COVID-19 prevention guide book. I believe that these experiences have prepared and molded me to become a potential medical student based on patient-centered care. After graduation, I want to be a doctor who can complete the duties and responsibilities on patients’ health and holistic well-being as well as a researcher who is constantly advancing and developing ways to solve endless problems.
