In South Korea, The president has announced the vaccination can be free of charge.
I don't know the Netherlands and other country. at least I know there are also free of charge for test COVID in S. Korea.
but one of my friend living in Singapore, he paid around 200 dollars for testing.
Given COVID situation, I think that we need to be inoculated vaccination morally to get rid of virus.
but, there are side effect I heard, so I am little nervous that is safe or not.
