My saddest moment

I was seriosuly sick five years ago. The day I got hospital was the seddest moment in my life.
I was feeling weak.
I couldn't sleep at everynight and I didn't eat food enough.
So, I has to take a rest for overcome the sadness.
I did exercise like Yo-ga everyday.
I tryed to eat fresh food. and I tryed to get positive think

My saddest moment

I was seriosuly sick five years ago. The day I got into the hospital was the saddest moment of my life.
I was feeling weak.
I couldn't sleep at night, and I couldn't eat enough. 
To overcome my sadness, I took a lot of rest.
I exercised everyday, like doing Yo-ga.
I tried to eat fresh food, and tried to be optimistic.
