I experienced this analysis through project 2 in the Consulting Skills course. It is easier to organize the factors influencing the current education system. Additionally, it helps to derive an alternative way that can be used more effectively than now. The strength and opportunity of the current education system at headquarters are in the central education program. Since all training programs and systems are in charge of only the headquarters. This makes that the franchisees can receive a consistent quality of education through training. On the other hand, it can be a weakness and challenge.
