The expected resistance against this proposal is that first, the instructors at the headquarters can think their position will be narrowed. However, this is not narrowed their position, they can get an opportunity to make better educational programs. If branch managers and franchisees have on the job experience and hold training and presentations, the headquarters’ instructors can invest more time to make new and improvement programs. The second expected resistance is that franchisees and branch managers have more works to do. Although more efforts are being needed, branch managers no longer have to wait for the head office instructors for a long time. Moreover, franchisees can help further their profits by holding briefing sessions themselves. With my four years of field experience, Korean mothers consider more an English teacher’s academic background, education method, and career compared to the brand name. When the head office instructor couldn’t have time for briefing, I did it instead. The result was that more members enrolled in my institution when I gave presentations myself than a head office instructor.
