There are two ways to improve this problematic environment. One way is giving the authority to regional branch managers by educating them to serve as an instructor. There are about 50 branch offices nationwide. The branch managers of this company are usually hired on the basis of people with past educational experience. They are field experts who are familiar with not only experience but also promotional plans for franchisees and students. If they can educate franchisees, this will save time and conduct training with empirical information from the branches. The other way is that franchisees directly give educational presentations to parents who are customers.
