I would like to propose an improvement to the problem of the education training system of the Korean English institution that I am related. I work as a franchisee for the top franchising which is called “HB English”. This franchise is a large company with about 3000 franchisees and has a variety of education systems. There are educational programs that educate franchisees are inefficient. Twice a month, franchisees are required to attend education at the head office in order to improve the quality of education for customers, namely students. In addition, every three months, the franchisees should conduct an education briefing by calling the head office education staff to attract customers, namely parents. However, unlike educational programs that are frequently executed regularly, franchisees do not really trust the educational programs of the headquarter.
