describe why you applied to the TESOL 2

I fully used what I learnt here when I began my own classes for students from elementary school students to adults.
During the lessons, I’ve thought English online and I found some problems in the class.
First of all, there are some cases that teachers use inappropriate materials for each student. For example, in the class for elementary school students, teachers use too realistic pictures or they can’t control frequency of multimedia usages, which leads for students to lose their interest.
The other problem is the students do not their homework. It might be considered that it is a student’s fault, but I think it is a problem of the lack of two-way class feedback. I tried to solve those issues by using TED or YouTube to make lesson materials and making online pop quizzes to raise students’ participation.
But, even though I know that there are many different approaches to online class, I can only use limited class that I already knew.
So I tried to find the way that I can develop my lessons and fill my knowledge, I found GS TESOL.
