The name is Coffeeshop. They sell the drugs and allows customers/people to smoke in that place. Therefore, there are two kinds of shops here. However, we don't have these kinds of places in Korea. One is the actual coffee shop-and the other is mainly for smoking drugs while drinking coffee.
