Please correct below sentences.

As you know early stage of company growth, in term of HR, we should focus on HRM, such as compensation, regulation, hiring etc.
If Basic things are stabilized, after that we should focus on HRD. That is why Santen Korea hired HRD Expert.
If you think it is necessary to develop and to concentrate our resource to HRD, yes, I think regional HRD role is necessary. And within current situation, he is good choice.
However, I have 2 concern points about this.
First, some kinds of aspect, this is very sensitive, especially related to his IDP. So I have to discuss this with him and his willing is important.
And the other thing is as I mentioned, SKR needs is clear. it means we have to focus on HRD now.
So if he will take over the role, naturally his work scope and volume will be increase. Due to this, I don’t like that it affects SKR’s HRD task. It means, poor performance and delays in SKR HRD. SKR management also wouldn’t like that kinds of situation.
