White families has 90% of all wealth, And black families have 2.6%, I think this is reason why owners of houses want to barrow and sell their house to whites, owners want people who is believable and have enough money because they want money and everyone want to rent things to believable person. So they want “richer withes”. Also if black and white both get in trouble blacks get more punishment, it makes stereotype of blacks, this stereotype make people think blacks are unbelievable. Those are why owners don’t want blacks.

Another thing, if black and white people both get in trouble, black people usually get the more and heavier punishments. This belief worsens the color stereotype. This stereotype makes people think blacks people are unbelievable and can't be trusted compared to their counterpart. This is the very reason why property owners do not usually sell their properties to black people.
