When I was 20s, I could lose my weight easily. Even I ate a lot, I could digest in the short term. However, when I turned to 30s, I often felt that there are differences between the 20s and 30s. The main difference is that it's hard to lose weight. If I don't exercise, my belly is going to bigger and bigger. I already tried various diets to prevent getting extra weight but there was no easy way. Last year, I lost 8kg and I maintained this number. Besides, I also want to lose 3kg more to ready for the summer season. These days, I usually exercise by riding an indoor bicycle but I need another way to lose weight. After I finished the period which is self-quarantine time, I plan to try flying yoga.
