Would like to discuss about the issue below.
Issue
- No water in the house of Bos en Lommer Plantsoen 69D.
History
- 07-04-2020: registered for tapwater on the address above
- 23-04-2020: real estate agent noticed that the water is still not working
- 29-04-2020: water supplier(Waternet) confirmed that they arranged everything correctly and asked us to check if the water levers are all open
- 19-05-2020: real estate agent visited the house and took pictures of all wafer levers which are all open
Question
- I do not think that it may be a defect in the reducing valve
Rational:
Former house owner closed the valve and I just opened the valve
The valve is quite simple valve, just open/close that’s it
- Since Bos en Lommer Plantsoen is quite large-sized apartment, someone may control the water supply by software
Do you have any experience in this?
Regards,
KY
