Climate change become a serious problem in recent days.
There're two different opinions about this problem. One is that developed countries have a higher responsibility to combat climate change than developing countries. The other is that all countries should have the same responsibilities towards protecting the environment.
I believe that developed countries have more responsibility than developing countries when we handle with the climate change.
Most of developed countries went through a high level of industrialization. They built many factories in this period. They made many useful products by using the environment resource. However, they emitted a harmful pollutant. Moreover, a lot of them were effected on other countries. This is why I think that developed countries have more duty. Through developed countries' industrialization, developing countries were influenced on environmental damages. For example China factories' dust impact to South Korea's air pollution.
In addition, developed countries have to pay more money than developing countries. Because developed countries gained a lot of profits when they were boosting their industry. On the other hand, developing countries didn't get enough merit. If every country has to pay same money and duty for overcoming climate change, it is unfair. I think that we have to take responsibility discriminatorily. Because each country did different destruction of the environment.
