Korean education has lots of problem of that subject. because usually parent trying hard effort to children's education privately. The europe and US other early developed the countries not doing that much. it make children's stressful and cost lots of money to be waste. also final purpose is to education is not learning more about life and real culture.
Korean's education is always teaching all for going good university near capital area. good university certification is important than their life and what's the major they want. then entry of big company is the goal as well, this also never think about what they are learning and working and regardless how their personality suitable to do that. by doing that there are lots of competition during study in school and university and even after that company. in the company there are lots of competition for promotions and profit sharing and performance. the competition is unavoidable and inevitable. but, over competition is not good and focusing this is not good for themselves. we need to see detailedly to developed countries and follow them how children's perspective can fit to real life after their graduated and how they can enjoy life and happy.
