I would like to share the mail exchanged with Mekong Institute which is our supervising organization about the ongoing project, namely, “water data utilization and capacity building in the Mekong region”.
To summarize the contents,
I asked Mekong Institute for proceeding this project things like writing report and budget. Because our contact person has been charged, I am going to send a updated project proposal.
On the other hand, Mekong Institute replied that we will discuss relative things such as monitoring, reporting guidelines and introducing the project with all project team members together this week.
So, I am going to reply the mail for proceeding the meeting next week than this week. I will prepare updated project proposal such as change of participants and some schedules as well as project PPT to introduce in the meeting this week.
I would like to continue to share follow-up schedule.
I wonder if the free program such as Skype would be effective when we have a video conference with the organization.
I think it would better to review the way utilizing paid video conference program if it is possible.

We actually changed the people who are in charge and now we are working with new ones. Now, I am going to send a updated project proposal.
