After work, I exlierated and draind. so I need to way for stress relese. it's a jiu jitsu which is a kind of grafling sport like a wrestling and judo. Jiujitsu very good for sweet out and health. and It has numours teachnuiqe and skill. and We usually trained as a team with a partner so It's very good for broden human network.
Anyway, I need some brake time for keep my condition. althoungh I have 20 day off for a year, I can use it for only my break time. beacause if I use a dayoff, my work delayed, anyone can do my work instead of me. So I take a day off only for speacial plan, for exmple, familly trip of vistion hospital.
I look forword take a break without interruption.
"I Work Hard Everyday"
I work from 7 am to 4 pm. Because of my heavy workload, I am usually restless. I even have to work overtime everyday. After work, I feel exhausted and drained.
In order for me to reduce my stress, I do jiu jitsu. It is similar to wrestling and judo. It is also good for the health and if you want to sweat a lot. It focuses on ground techniques. We usually train with a partner.
I need to take a break from work to avoid burnout. But if I take a break, my work piles up and gets delayed because no one else can do my job. So I only take a day off during a family trip or an emrgency.
I look forward to go on holiday without diruption.
